PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING

Personal training and coaching at Push and Pull Performance™ is built on structure, assessment, and intelligent progression - not generic programs or short-term fixes.

Training begins by understanding where you are, identifying limiting factors, and placing you appropriately within the Human Performance Continuum™. From there, coaching is designed to build capacity, express performance, and sustain results over time.

This is not random training. It is a deliberate process.

How Coaching Is Structured

Every client begins with assessment. Movement quality, physical capacity, training history, and current demands are evaluated before any program is prescribed.

Training is then structured to:

  • Address the most limiting factor first

  • Build foundational strength and capacity before intensity

  • Apply performance demands only when the body is prepared

  • Adjust and progress based on ongoing feedback, not rigid timelines

The goal is not exhaustion. The goal is adaptation.

What This Coaching Develops

Through structured training, clients develop improved movement efficiency and control, increased strength and work capacity, reduced pain and recurring breakdown, and better transfer to daily life, work, or sport.

Results are built to last. If progress can’t be sustained, it doesn’t count.

Who This Is For

This coaching is designed for individuals who value structure over chaos and long-term progress over short-term intensity.

It is well-suited for:

  • Active adults seeking sustainable strength and fitness

  • Individuals rebuilding capacity after pain, injury, or setbacks

  • Clients who want to understand why they train a certain way

  • People looking for coaching grounded in process, not trends

This may not be the right fit for those seeking novelty-driven workouts, constant exhaustion, or quick fixes.

Coaching Formats

Personal training and coaching are available in private, semi-private, and small group formats. Coaching may be delivered in person, outdoors, or remotely, depending on needs and context.

Format supports the process — it does not define it.

Getting Started

Coaching begins with assessment and placement within the Human Performance Continuum™. From there, training is structured, progressed, and adjusted with intent.

There is no universal starting point — only the right one for you.

Start With an Assessment

Our Standard

We coach by non-negotiables: precision over popularity, clarity over complexity, results over hype, and education over dependence.

The objective is long-term capability and confidence — not reliance on coaching.
